If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/colour, simply return the item(s) to our UK address stated on the returns form with their original tags and packaging within 14 days of receipt (21 days for International customers). Return shipping will not be reimbursed unless the item is faulty or a mistake has been made on our part. Please follow the instructions on the returns form included in your package. (if you did not receive one please contact us via email and we will send you a copy) Unless the item is faulty, make sure all labels are attached and if possible in original packaging.
