PAYMENTS AND RETURNS
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and Credit Cards as well as local payment service providers.
All transactions processed via Paypal and Shopify Payments are encrypted for your safety.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks conducted by the card issuer. Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
Returning goods:
REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Boy London pieces. If something isn’t right, please read the information below carefully so we can help resolve it quickly.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns must be requested and authorised before sending items back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
All original tags must be attached.
Ideally returned in the original packaging.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email info@boy-london.com with your order number in the subject line.
If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Items sent back without following this process will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
SHIPPING COSTS
International customers: Return shipping is at your own cost.
UK customers: We provide a Royal Mail return label. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. (Exchanges do not incur a shipping fee.)
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@boy-london.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue as soon as possible. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work to provide a satisfactory solution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items (including discounted products)
Gift cards
Sale items cannot be refunded. We are happy to offer exchange or store credit if stock allows. Gift cards are final sale.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and approved.
Please email info@boy-london.com with your exchange request so we can confirm stock availability.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your authorised return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
It is imperative that you quote your order number in all correspondence.
